  • Day 1

    Haridwar

    The Char Dham yatra package by train will start as soon as you reach the Haridwar railway station, from where you will travel towards Barkot. The first day will be spent on moving from Haridwar to Barkot and on the way you can enjoy the scenic beauty.

  • Day 2

    Yamunotri

    The second day will be filled with surprises in Barkot, you will trek for 6 KM from Jan ki Chatti and reach the Yamunotri Dham, the place where River Yamuna was born. Marvel at the scenes of Yamuna river flowing in its extreme speed as you stay around its shores for a while. Experience what calmness in serenity feels like as you will descend back towards Jan ki chatti in the evening.

  • Day 3

    Uttarkashi

    Start the third day of Char Dham yatra by train by reaching Uttarkashi, which is a holy town located on the banks of river Bhagirathi. Uttarkashi offers the blessing of Lord Shiva in Bhairon Temple and Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and the goddess of food in the Annapurna Temple.

  • Day 4

    Gangotri

    Day four of the trip will take you to Gangotri, where people accumulate to offer prayers, pooja, and have the holy prasad. This place is believed to be the location from where the River Ganga originated at an elevation of 3100 meters.

  • Day 5

    Guptakashi

    As you will ascend towards the fifth day of this pilgrimage, you will be taken to Guptkashi. Get mesmerized by the sight of Baghirathi and Alakhnanda coming together at Devprayag. After reaching Guptkashi, attend a blissful prayer at Ardhnarishwar Temple - a temple dedicated to the half-male and half-female form of Lord Shiva.

  • Day 6

    Gaurikund

    Day six of the trip will take you towards Gaurikund, which is also famous as the place where Lord Shiva expressed his love for Goddess Parvati. There is a small pool of hot water, which originated naturally and stays warm all year round.


    From Gaurikund, you will proceed towards Kedarnath, the most remote location of this Char Dham Yatra. This place is home to the holiest Kedarnath Temple, which is located in the middle of high Himalayas, thus creating an image as if the mountains are guarding it. This was the place where Lord Shiva expressed his love for Goddess Gauri, this is dedicated to both of them.

  • Day 7

    Kedarnath - Gaurikund - Guptkashi

    On the seventh day, you will be traveling from Kedarnath to Gaurikund and Gaurikund to Guptkashi.

  • Day 8

    Enroute Badrinath

    On the eighth day of this trip you will proceed towards Badrinath and check in to the hotel spend some time there. This whole town will shower you with the blessings of Lord Vishnu. Also, marvel at the holy confluence of River Alaknanda and River Mandakini.

  • Day 9

    Badrinath

    The ninth day of Char Dham Yatra will be spent in the Badrinath temple. Pilgrims from all over the world visit here to seek blessings of Lord Vishnu at the Badrinath Temple. The aura of this holy site is pure as well as magical.

  • Day 10

    Return

    Day ten of this trip will take you towards the end as you descend back towards Haridwar. Marvel at the sites of Ganga Aarti at its various ghats or dip in the holy water to get rid of any illness.

    The holy trip of Char Dham Yatra will come to an end as you travel towards the station while taking millions of blessings with you.
